I have bad experience with their service. They will hold your payment forever.. not recommended. Use other platform or service like shopee or carousel to sell your preloved item. My buyer already satisfied with the purchase, still it will hold 6 days complaint period, and another 5-7 days before you receive your payment.

Excellent - I used this app to buy a puppy from someone I found on Preloved. Was nervous sending £1200 to a stranger, especially given the number of scams involving pets. But trustap made the whole process easier and stress free.

Has potential. But 24 hr dispute period is too long. Payout method, needs other options besides bank. Why can't it be if seller and buyer agree payout is immediate. Similar to cash
