if I could give this negative 5 stars I would. In the 25 years of being a mechanic, CDK service is by far the worse automotive inspection software I have ever used and I have also used Xtime. definitely would not recommend. CDK needs to do better.

Most times get an error message and can't complete video. found out the app needs Android 12 when I have a tablet with Android 10. I just bought this tablet for this app and it doesn't update to the latest android. I feel like the app should run android 10.

First of all CDK as a whole is awful. Hire some better programmers/coders, AI could write better code... just ask chat GPT to build you a less archaic version of your simplistic monkey code. Hey, it might even withstand being hacked like you know that one time... HAHAHA unbelievable... oh I forgot my complaint to this app in particular.... have the flash on automatically so I don't have to manually turn it on every time I take a video with your god awful system. Shouldn't be in business anymore.
