My dealer makes us use this and make videos on every car. This app is so infuriating to deal with. The inability to flip the phone around once you've opened the camera is stupid. The app is really laggy, even more so lately. I have watched videos I made disappear before my eyes just seconds after clicking continue. Consistently have videos fail to upload. Sometimes they upload hours later when I'm at home. For a while it wouldn't keep my phone on while recording videos. Terrible app.

Definitely worse than the previous app they made. Often doesn't upload and always shows all cars for the dealership. It's a pain to use every day for work. At least make it so it returns to playing music when you finish a video? Pretty sure the old app would let you listen to your music while recording. Now I have to turn music back on after every vehicles mpi is done.

App used to upload videos when app was placed into background, or phone was locked. As a technician, the extra time to have to have the device open and babysit to make sure the video uploads is frustrating. Also not being able to edit the mpi after it's been sent to the advisor is an oversight. Time is money, as almost no tech is paid for the mpi's we are forced to do.
