NOTE: tryingtorun is a running performance tool and relies on integration with STRAVA or Garmin for heartrate and speed data.

tryingtorun provides simple to use and understand metrics to empower you to make smarter running decisions. Everyone is different, yet many runners use generic training plans and don't realise that they may not be improving their fitness by strictly following the plan.

1. Review your performance and fitness trend based on your most recent runs

2. Graphically review your fitness trend so you can visualise how your body is responding to your efforts

3. Use time blocks to asses how you performed across previous training plans and use these insights to adapt current and future plans.

4. Use effort zones to see what efforts produce the best performances

tryingtorun analyses the relationship between heart rate and speed for every run and uses a unique algorithm to analyse this relationship over time to empower you to see how your heart efficiency (fitness) is responding to your training.

No fancy metrics that normal people don't understand and we don't analyse every signal we can and punish you for not tracking runs, so feel free to take a break and leave the devices at home if you want.
