bought a cctv system off Amazon, followed the prompts and installation instructions, the only thing I couldn't do was set detection without a cloud service, I bought a cloud service subscription and have now ran into an unacceptable flaw. although recording is working. motion detection is not! I cant select the option and save it. the cctv system is useless without motion or human detection and TSEYE have taken my money for a feature not provided. DO NOT waste your time with this provider!

you install cameras at your house for safety but you can not use the app to see if samething is wrong at home because the app sins the last update always shows device offline but its not offline

I have a problem with your app. Watching playback videos are impossible. please let me know if there is anything to do to solve this problem.
