Worst website and app ever Over 15 bugs in just 5 min of use! - I'm in the UK the phone number shows in India - first lang when opening the app is Turkish !! How i should know what the UK means in Turkish!! -tried both website and mobile app to add my delivery address. And no luck Many errors!! - on the website, i fill in the district and save to be surprised that it's not saved and i can't continue to the next step!! On the mobile app, i fill in the full address and can't save...and many more

Worst experience, I realized that the dress I bought for my sibling was too large, customer service haven't so far answer the email, it has been two weeks now, and I'm still waiting.... Finally someone answered my email, either I send the products back under my own expenses or have a store credit for $12, lol I spent like $100 Spoke to a one of my siblings, he stated, for anyone lives in Europe it's more cheaper and convenient plus fast delivery.

Horrible online store. Terrible customer service. Once they got their money they dont give a damn about you. They really do NOT value their customers. Money is all they care about. Paid $150 for garbage. Wanted to return but they refused to give me directions on how to return. They offered to refund me $18 after i finally reached them 2 weeks later. Just dont. There are many other options. Shame on the people running this trash of a store. Rip offs.
