Tuddl is all about enabling teams to measure, own and improve their performance and wellbeing. It's hugely needed right now because in a world where people are working from anywhere, people we work with are desperate to ensure teams are motivated, connected and productive - they really are needing to own this more than ever before. If they don't, we are going to see the impact on the bottom line.

Imagine your team all complete a handful of questions every fortnight, leading to instant insight about where you're strong and where you might need a helping hand in the week ahead, as an individual and team.

You then get really practical actions and nudges, agree which one you're all going to sign up to, then make it happen because everyone owns it. Nudges might be about being more inclusive, increasing focus, giving others feedback, managing anxiety - a whole host of possibilities based on where your team is at. The result is a more productive team, a more grown up team because they own the action they want to take, and a real impact on things like EVP, employee and customer experience, ROI on your wellbeing facilities because people will start to use them more.
