Total scam. I didn't want to write a negative review, but I've emailed them twice requesting a refund and there's been no reply for months. I downloaded the app and the first screen that popped up said my 7 day free trial will start and that I will be notified before it ends in case I want to cancel my subscription. To my surprise, I later found out they charged me for a yearly subscription on the same day my "free trial" was supposed to start.

Its a good app ,but there is 2 features in it that doesnt work in my account even after paying for the yearly susbcribtion and i sent an email to the help center a week ago and didnt receive any answer or help , which is very upsetting.
