About this app

Tuition Manager – run your tuition or coaching classes from one offline app. Manage students, take face-recognition attendance, track fees and send reminders. Everything stays on your phone.

STUDENTS
- Add students with photo, phone, WhatsApp number, gender and roll number
- Group batches or Solo (1-on-1) with custom days and timing
- Batch-wise tabs, search by name, roll number or phone
- Each card shows fee status (Paid / Due / Pending) and attendance %
- Call, SMS or WhatsApp a student in one tap

FACE-RECOGNITION ATTENDANCE
- The student's photo is enrolled once
- Take a group photo with the camera or upload photos from your gallery
- Recognised students are marked Present automatically, like biometric attendance
- Mark anyone not detected by hand with one tap
- "No class" option removes a holiday or empty day so it never counts against students
- Group photos are saved with each day and can be viewed again
- Face matching runs on your phone, with no internet

ATTENDANCE CALENDAR AND REPORTS
- Monthly calendar for any batch of any institute, colour-coded by how many were present
- Tap a day to see who was present or absent, or to edit it
- Student screen shows overall attendance %, monthly % and a day-by-day list

FEES
- Month-by-month fee calendar for every student
- Record a payment in one tap, with optional SMS receipt
- Due dates, automatic Overdue status and late fines (once or per day)
- Waive a fine for one fee
- PDF receipts and invoices with your institute name, logo and address
- Fees tab with All / Overdue / Pending / Paid filters and totals
- Collection charts, batch-wise collection and CSV export

REMINDERS
- SMS and WhatsApp messages open pre-filled, so you just tap Send
- Message wording matches the fee status
- WhatsApp reminder lists every unpaid month with fine and total
- Daily notification for overdue fees
- Speak mode reads out each payment
