TumbuhKu — Monitor your child's growth and development, from birth to adolescence.
TumbuhKu is a digital Health Card (KMS) that helps parents monitor the growth and development of children aged 0–19. Everything is 100% offline, without an account, and the data stays on your phone.
★ WHY TUMBUHKU?
The issues of stunting and child nutrition are crucial, but existing monitoring tools are often complicated, medical in nature, or stop at age 5. TumbuhKu makes it simple, accessible, and accessible to everyone — parents and Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) cadres.
★ KEY FEATURES
• WHO standard growth curve in KMS strip style (green–yellow–red) — easy to read at a glance, automatically switching from the 2006 WHO standard (0–5 years) to the 2007 WHO standard (5–19 years).
• Calculate z-scores for weight/age (W/A), height/age (H/A), weight/height (W/H), body mass index (BMI/A), and height/height (LK/A) — with layman's interpretation, not scary numbers.
• Early detection of stunting and nutritional issues, complete with concrete advice and consultation recommendations.
• IDAI and Ministry of Health immunization schedules from birth to school-age HPV, with local reminders that still sound even without the internet.
• Developmental milestones (KPSP) by age + stimulation ideas and red flags.
• Adolescent module: BMI/A, adult height prediction, iron tablet reminders, and puberty education.
• Complementary feeding and nutrition guide: texture stages by age and local menu ideas rich in animal protein.
• Multi-child profiles, health records (illness, allergies, dental, medication), and PDF reports to take to the doctor.
