Ratings and reviews

Too inconvenient to use, I couldn't get a card by courier this option is not working. Only you can go in person to one of the branches of the bank. If you add locations for your branches' names or make their names in Google or Yandex Maps as the same as the ones in your app, it would be easier to choose one of them (which is the nearest to me) and it would be easier to go and get some business done

before an update that blocks access to your account- and due to some system inefficiencies- for days- they don't warn you. was seriously considering changing service provider when this happened. otherwise a nice app.

I’ve had a very positive experience using NBU apps. The interface is easy to understand, and the app feels reliable and secure for everyday payments. I especially appreciate how convenient it is for international transfers, and the commission fees are noticeably lower compared to many other apps, which makes a real difference. I would kindly like to suggest that the technical team consider expanding international transfer and payment options even further and, if possible, reducing commission
