This could be great. The app and remote work fine. The tree is beautiful. But, considering what it can do, there is no reason 1) we are stuck with a single "6 hour on" timer - should obviously have more options. My tea lights have more options. 2) Should be able to dim. The lights phase to dim - but we can't choose it as a steady option. 3) Twinkle. They are all on or all off. who wants a dark tree? No one. They go bright-dim-off-bright-dim-off... Should go half on/off then switch= sparkle

The app worked fine last year. Just put my tree up and now it's not working.. very disappointed. Okay so I'm coming back to update my review because and giving 5 stars because their customer service is excellent!!! I emailed them my issue and it took a few days but they replied asking for my home address and phone number and within the week I received a new plug in for the tree and new remote. I plugged it in, put batteries in the remote AND installed the app once again and IT WORKSSSSS!!!

At first we was very disappointed that this tree was stuck in demo mode and the remote or app wouldn't work. I called customer service and they sent out a new connector for the tree and now no problem. Home Depot customer service was so nice and understanding and even gave me a $25 gift card for all the trouble. The connector is very easy to replace. It's a very beautiful tree and hardly had to fluff it out. The funny thing is the demo mode grew on us.
