About this app

This is a service that treats depression by performing an 8-week program based on BA for patients diagnosed with depression.

The program is structured as follows:
1. Providing customized treatment content by week
- Weeks 1-3: Education-centered content
- Weeks 4-7: Activity execution-centered content
- Week 8: Providing progress evaluation/management report and reward content

2. Progress monitoring based on scientific evaluation tools
- Perform BDI-II (White Depression Scale) evaluation before/after the program (Weeks 1 and 8) to check the patient's depression index change
- Perform K-BADS (Korean Behavioral Activation Scale) evaluation by week to analyze/provide guidance for the patient's behavioral activation (BA)

3. Supporting personalized activities and self-planning
- Recommending and supporting the selection of a daily/weekly action list optimized for each patient every week
- Supporting patients to select/plan/implement activities on their own to help improve depression
