Shate to Win animation is ridiculous. Very slow app start-up. Campaigns are no different compared to other fintech companies. Consider using this with Turkcell, it will help you a lot. It has a lot of merits with using with a Turkcell line like earning GBs and reflect on the bill. UI changed a lot with the latest update and its not really an ease of use.

As a foreigner staying for a year in Istanbul, this app is too buggy, i ended up losing money on it, does not properly verify user, the customer service never respond to questions, the app must be installed on a powerful phone (no half whipped quick phones of you are a foreigner, you are out of luck, because your proper phone will stop working after six months, and paycell won't accommodate you). İn addition to the endless dead ends and bugs

Every time I try to do something the app will give me that my card is Not eligible to perform the operation!! After I filled all required informations and I used it once successfully to charge my (istanbul kart) via paycell card it's stopped working, and even in the stores it's declining no matter how you will try 😑!!
