How to use the app?

Step 1: Enter the country and name of the service you need. If there is no service in the list, choose the “any other” option.

Step 2: After selecting country and service, you will see the price per activation and can get the number ( in case you have no funds, you should add credits to your balance)

Step 3: Copy the number and paste it on the service, website, or app you have selected.

Step 4: As soon as the service sends you the SMS, it will be available inside the app. You will usually have up to 20 minutes to get the SMS. No message received until the number expires? - No payment will be made.

The time of using a one-time number is limited to 20 minutes.

Works exactly as expected. I paid $0.99 (CHEAPEST. Similar apps are $2.99+)for a number I had access to for 20 minutes. I was able to send as many verification texts to the assigned number within those 20 minutes. If you try to send a code and for whatever reason you don't receive it (some sites have said they sent the code to the number but I never received it, but this is really rare), you can cancel the number, & it refunds your credit as long as the number didn't receive a text.

You don't know if a number is available until you pay for it. If it isn't available for any reason, you lose your money. My experience: I had to use a Nigerian account (supposed to be 10k available), I bought credits, then the message "numbers are not available". Result: I lost my money. The fact they show in app something it isn't true (availability of accounts) is a very poor and unprofessional behaviour.

This is becoming frustrating. I have followed all your instructions and sent every screenshot you asked for, yet you keep repeating the same request instead of resolving the issue. The first activation failed because the code arrived expired, and according to your policy, it should be refunded. Please stop delaying and process my refund immediately so I can use my balance to rent another number.
