About this app

Tutoring session notes are often scattered across chats, notes, spreadsheets, or books. When it's time to recap, tutors have to search and recalculate everything.

TutorLog helps private tutors keep their teaching records in one place. Start a session when the lesson begins, finish it when it ends, and then access the history whenever you need it.

With TutorLog, you can:
• record both online and in-person sessions;
• store student and tutoring location data;
• view session durations and the time used for billing;
• add notes to each session;
• view a history of completed sessions;
• create a summary of durations and estimated billing;
• share recaps in PDF or CSV format.

Data is stored by tutor account, so your teaching history remains separate and easy to find when creating weekly or monthly recaps.

For in-person sessions, TutorLog uses location when you save a student's location, start a session, or finish a session. The app does not record location when idle.

All notes stay organized and ready to be accessed when you need to review the session or share a recap.
