About this app

TIM Fleet is a TÜV Rheinland application designed for the comprehensive management of the company's vehicle fleet. With TIM Fleet, users can report the status of each unit, log its usage, and maintain a detailed history of documentation and assignments, all from an Android mobile device.

TIM Fleet takes advantage of Internet connectivity (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi) to constantly synchronize information with the management platform, but it also works OFFLINE, allowing data recording and information consultation in places without coverage. In this way, control and traceability of each vehicle is maintained at all times.

TIM Fleet HIGHLIGHTS:

• VEHICLE MANAGEMENT: View the complete fleet list and details of each vehicle, including documents, forms and usage history.
• FAST ASSIGNMENT: Assigns vehicles according to the corresponding area (e.g. I02, I04, etc.), with real-time validations to facilitate coordination.
• HISTORY AND DOCUMENTATION: Consult the historical information of each unit: people who have used it, previous inspections, completed forms and associated documentation.
• WITHDRAWAL AND DELIVERY FORMS: Complete and record the delivery and return of each vehicle in an agile manner, including details of mileage and general condition.
• PERIODIC INSPECTIONS: Every 90 days, TIM Fleet will notify you if it is necessary to generate a new inspection form, recording key data to guarantee the safety and proper functioning of the fleet.
• OFFLINE USE: Work without an Internet connection saving data locally; Synchronize your information as soon as you recover signal.
• PHOTOGRAPHS AND SIGNATURES: Attach images of the vehicle and collect digital signatures from those responsible, leaving precise and reliable documentary support.
• BACKEND INTEGRATION: Data exchange is carried out securely through web services and databases specially designed to manage fleet information.
