Ratings and reviews

The content is good. The interface of the app is ok, but it requires you to login every few days (not great for the older Chinese audience this is intended for). The video player itself is absmal. The fastforward and backward features are too slow and the buttons are not responsive. Good luck if you want to be 30 minutes into the show. The live tv function does not allow rewind like most live tv apps do nowadays. For a paid service, the app quality is subpar.

Below average in terms of performance, quality and stability. Not what I would expect from TVB. App will periodically sign me out, (very inconvenient) considering my family watches it and I'm not always around to log in. Loading loops, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to "fix" it. The UI is very slow, video navigation is lacking. Update: App will consistently say I am not subscribed when I am. I have to log on a different device to get it working

Ridiculous billing policy. I've been on this service for 3 months now. The monthly billing to credit card happens, say on the 23rd, they suspend access on the 23rd, EVEN THOUGH the credit card charge is successful, they continue to suspend access UNTIL it clears their own system at least ?? days later. Google should look into it. I'm paying $29.99/month but get a month minus X days of service. As of 11/29/23, no service, no CS callbacks, no email response.
