only 1 remote picture is offered, only 3 chances for supposedly different models, but the series are not given. you poke the power button, if it doesn't work, go to the next of 3. If it does not work, as with mine, Im just deleting the app. Try a different one is my advice.

Had to use an old sceptre lcd tv when my newer had screen failure. Found the sceptre... No remote. I tried multiple apps, this one works for me on if I select version 2. It's much weaker than a real remote but it works pointed at the sensor from 24 to 36". If it starts working then becomes unresponsive, switch to remote 1 briefly then back.

When the original remote stopped working, there was no way I could opperate all of the smart tv options with the very few buttons on the actual tv set. After trying so many "Sceptre Remote" apps that I lost count, not one working, I was sure I would never find one. I tried this one..and EVERYTHING worked perfectly. Couldn't believe it only has a 2.8 rating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Trust me !
