My TVS Jupiter 110 has been facing multiple issues since the first week: Panel gap below the diggi/boot – improper fitment, looks like a manufacturing or PDI defect. Excessive heating – the engine heats up very quickly, which doesn’t feel normal. Self-start problem – often requires pressing the start button 4–5 times to start. Stability issue – the scooter feels unstable on uneven roads or when the pillion moves slightly, which is a safety concern. All these issues started from the beginning
