Update: I've changed my rating from one star to three. This app has definitely made improvement, as they had promised. I now have a few tasks available in my area, and I'm hopeful the company will continue to add new clients and grow. The reason I'm not rating higher (yet) is because this seems like just a good start. And unfortunately, the tasks they have available are too difficult to complete in practice. The tasks require us to collect business cards from the owners of various restaurants around town--Arby's, Hooters, you name it. But this is very difficult because, for one, the owner is rarely present at any given restaurant. If they were to be present, I don't feel confident in the likelihood that they would have a personal business card on hand. Reaching the actual owner, though, seems like the hardest part. Each business card you manage to obtain pays out $2. That would be cool if it weren't so difficult, and if the task were quickly accomplished. That said, they seem to be progressing with time, and I'm crossing my fingers that we will see even more tasks to choose from in the near future.
I am giving this app 2 stars only because my available tasks disappeared upon completion of one task. I did recieve payment for the completed task, but I have sent numerous messages asking why my other tasks disappeared and I have yet to get an answer. I will update my rating when the problems are fixed.
You don't get any reply from the "customer service" integrated in the app.. I still didn't get any response on the task i did.
It's decent but could be improved. Not much in the way of support and not too much clarity as far as what to expect as far as task approval timelines or when bonuses can be expected to be sent. That being said, I get the sense that they endeavour to improve which definitely counts but falls short at the moment when you spend time and money without much in the way of reciprocation of information or fulfillment of task instruction details provided (1 day task approvals or ETA for bonuses). I understand kick off backlog but update the instructions to actual timelines or communicate with your shoppers about delays with an in-app message blast, heading off the issues at the pass would likely help reduce the backlog in individual messages from shoppers, we're a team and appreciate being kept in the loop. I'm only one pay period in but of the tasks that have been reviewed I was paid (minus bonuses) at the advised time. I'd 5 star this app if there were improvements in these areas. Thanks to the team at Bounty for a nice opportunity, I'm keeping fingers crossed that things keep getting better.
