Twin health program is very effective. It helped me manage my weight, cholesterol and glucose levels with curated diet management and monitoring. The App is developed well and keeps improving with new features and functions. The coach assigned in the program was very accessible and highly knowledgeable. I participated in the program from outside India and they ensured I still have good experience and results despite of my location.

Twin is good but the onboarding staff is not good. The pricing is not a fixed one, depends on the way how we bargain. I spent around 33k for first quarter including all sensors, but for my friend he got annual package including all sensors at 41k. When asking the person who onboarded no response, still saying wait. So friends be patient and bargain you may get it at lesser price than 41k.

The start of the sessions are very energetic and the support and focus of the support teams are very good as you pass few months the momentum slows down you are now lost and don’t know what’s happening and what to do next they only give feedback on the feedback you give but nothing beyond that.I would say may be it is beneficial for some but not for all as this worked for me in the beginning and later it has not changed anything. So trying this would be good.
