It's a slight improvement over whisper. But not by much. It has a mod team but they are slow to act, make a lot of mistakes (I've been banned 3 times because when I report someone they read it wrong). Luckily quick to fix but they are not pleasant to deal with at all. Other wise its the typical anon app. lots of weirdos, the occasional nice person. Be safe out there

the ads are non-stop, you can't look at more than one post (if that!) without seeing an ad. there is absolutely zero moderation, people post the most unhinged stuff. seemingly just a sexting app.

Overall, the good outweighs the bad. I’ve met people from all over the world which is so amazing, made friends, and even started learning new language because of Twiq. I’ve had bad experiences group attacks caused by misunderstandings, which I hope the mods can handle better. Still, the mods are active and responsive by email. the app is easy to use and the block feature love it.
