Worst experience ever. I had a free month gift, then I found it sending me payment failed every month, then suddenly after recharging it withdraw all the possible money from my balance (which was sufficent for two months out ot 4) I went to the app and the website to manage subscriptions, I cancelled but it still insist to renew the subscription. I tried deleting the account but also it still exist. No help or customer service to talk with. I am very very UPSET. WHAT CAN I DO TO CANCEL IT

1. Log in using your correct phone number or email at account.twistmena.com
2. Make sure to enter the OTP verification code correctly
3. Select Manage Subscriptions and choose Cancel Subscription

I would like to give it more but I can not because half of the shows and movies are in the premium subscription and when I paid it still didn't work and said that it was inactive I was going to call customer service but I saw other reviews that had the same issue and customer service didn't help. After seeing a lot of good reviews I was let down by the inconvenience of the app. When I downloaded the app I was told it was completely for free😡😡😡

I'm having problems with the application in the Samsung smart tv. Whenever I try to watch a live channel from the life tv section, it lags so much to the point where it doesn't work at all so i just get the live channel from the search menu, and when the live channel finally opened, the quality is bad and not HD, i tried to change the quality but the option was not there, there was only audio language and subtitles language, i can only change the quality in the mobile app only not the TV.
