Update: with the latest version I am getting reasonable updates on the school bus. And the communication with the app developer has been very good. Giving it a 4 star because the bus doesn't show up on the app/route until about 10-15min before it arrives. Maybe due to the bus driver not checking in before the route begins? Original review: Pretty horrible. Our school switched to this app recently. It hasn't worked once. Live updates sounds great but I'll take the manual updates that work.

Since the moment it was downloaded, it hasn't worked. I click login it opens up sign in outside the app, I login in and it brings me back to the app say login or sign up. When I clicked send a verification code and put the code in, it says no account with that email, when I try signing up with THE SAME email it says there's already an existing account with it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all permissions are accepted and still an endless loop useless app!

I was unable to verify my account at first but customer service helped me get into my account. Now the app won't let me add my children's school district. I'm about to give up on using this app all together because I've had so many issues with it, and still unable to use it. Edit: I was able to finally add my children's school district to the app.

- If you have no runs assigned, we will now default the map to focus on your district's transportation office
- Bus locations are smarter now, letting you know when you may be connected but no runs are active yet. The system will now automatically recheck your vehicle list if we haven't gotten a location yet, in case your district switched buses or is delayed starting the run.
