To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

There's a glitch that happens most times when you log into the app. The moment you verify your fingerprint, the app keeps loading and doesn't sign you in till you toggle on and off the airplane mode before you can get access. The old app wasn't like this. The bug needs to be fixed. Apart from that, every other thing is aesthetically pleasing.

There used to be challenges before the app can be accessed. It's becoming too much these days. It's not only about this new app, the old one too inclusive.... It'd be much better if the whole service is put into review. I'm giving the only (1) star because its ease of use (to an extent) when it works.... If there's an option of not giving any star at all, it won't be bad........... Frustrating....... Low level of reliability. Needs to be reviewed as fast as possible.... Thanks🌚🌚😕😕

This app is wack. It always crash and whenever am trying to speak with the customer service, it log me out for no reason and I will need to pass through the statess of re-logging in and going back. The same process all over again! The transactions list is never complete. If anybody transfer money to me,I won't be about to see the transaction on the app not. Please rectify the situation.
