User friendly until you have any issue whatsoever that requires contacting customer care 😞. Ha! It's frustration unlimited. Hmmm.., pray you don't ever, ever make a mistake in entering your password, pray never to have a reason to request password reset 😔, the process is unending, and so frustrating to go through. Calling customer care is another war because the numbers work only when they want to work, and when one works, the computer may just keep playing marathon music until it cuts off

Please why is your app not opening? What in God's name is this?! Every single time "try again in a few minutes" and I'll come back hours later and it still can't open! I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same thing! Honestly I'm so disappointed with UBA and it's bank app, it's always one problem or the other! I have good WiFi and data,other apps are working on my phone except this annoying app! So the app is obviously the issue,Work on the bugs,work on your app, it's important!!!!

The UBA app has not lived up to the common level of efficiency among banks. The app now rarely sends confirmation of transaction receipts, leading to disputes. The app will sometimes say a payment FAILED and yet transfer the money to the recipient. If you are quick to make another payment, you are now in trouble for having paid twice for the same transaction. Likewise, the app says SUCCESSFUL, and the money is taken from your account but does not pay the recipient unless you visit the bank.
