About this app

The ‘Single Drinking Companion’ application is designed to help you easily manage patients or members who visit hospitals or local communities.

By using the application, you can easily understand your drinking status and receive treatment guidelines accordingly.

The entire menu is composed of three parts.

You can check the notices or news sent by the hospital/local community center where you are being managed. You can also check content related to single drinking or health management, and you can also check the schedule of single drinking meetings (A.A.) held in each region.

In the information, you can check your information that was conducted at the institution, such as the date of your visit to the institution, evaluation registration, and program attendance. You can also view information about the institution, evaluation results, and program details.

In the my information, you can see a summary of your current status. It also provides a single drinking diary function so that you can check how many days you have been single drinking.

This application was developed by experts from the National Alcohol Specialty Hospital, the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association, the Korean Addiction Psychiatry Association, and the Addiction Management Integrated Support Center as part of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Mental Health Problem Solving Research Project. Alcoholism is not only not treated often, but even if it is, it is known to have a high relapse rate. For this reason, the connection between hospitals and community centers is very important. We expect that if we utilize this application to pursue smooth information exchange between the two organizations, it will be helpful in treating alcoholism.
