I am as of now changing my review about support because it is no longer an issue. That said, the game is still great, fun, with potential to grow as a micro management game. An advice if you play on multiple platforms as myself, never open the game on one device until you're sure it has synced, and always leave it running on background of the latest played device, for some timers only advance if the is running, if you close it and go to sleep there'll be no progress whatsoever.

I like the game a lot, it's very unique, the style of play and the progression are all very rewarding! But... Considering the game's graphical style (wich I also like btw), how can this game LAG so much?!? Sometimes I consider stop playing, just because of the LAG... Give us options to reduce some of the graphics or effects. I'm sure ppl would love to play the game still, by trading off some details for more precious frames! This trade off would be a much needed quality of life improvement.

When reporting an issue. Never get emails returned. Crashes every single day there is a daily reward. Takes reloading the app 4-5 times just to get the game working and accept the daily reward. Crashes on special event missions. Galaxy s24 ultra. To name a FEW. Great game. Great events and great story, set up, etc. But the game crashes on a 2024 phone, with no other apps in the background. Wifi or 5g doesn't matter. Came here to write a review at 3am because it's just not worth it anymore.
