Pentair Scan is THE reference tool for actively assisting pool and water treatment experts with their day-to-day tasks: activating warranties, accessing up-to-date product information, and obtaining full technical assistance.

Simply scan the product label with your smartphone or tablet and save time by instantly accessing detailed configurations, installation manuals, brochures, spare parts lists, troubleshooting and maintenance diagrams, as well as handy maintenance videos.

Finally, Blue Network and PIP loyalty program members are automatically rewarded when they scan their purchases.

Ratings and reviews

Garbage Seems like it's just a way to collect contact info to sell. Can't use software until you register and agree to their "terms". Once registered, all it does is scan your product but there's no available information to be had. Completely useless to users. Don't install.

It prompted me to update, and now it won't let me log in or access the professional North American section and it keeps telling me there is a newer version every single time I try and open the app, even though I have already updated it. I guess I'll just delete the app for good if its not going to work correctly.

This app is not helpful AT ALL. I was trying to figure out the settings for my new water softener system and scanning led to no manuals or helpful web links. What a waste of time.
