About this app

UB-OK is a friendly conversational app that helps you try out activities that can help improve your mental health. Developed in partnership with NHS Scotland, we draw on evidence-based techniques such as CBT to help you manage your anxiety, stress, low mood, or pain.

• Learn about how your mental wellbeing can affect how you think and behave
• Understand the basics of issues like stress, anxiety and sleep, and how they affect you
• Practise useful activities that will build your resilience and improve your wellbeing

UB-OK is an automated conversational agent and not a human. If you need immediate help or just want to talk to a real person, we can link you to the right support under the "Help" section.

We do not share our conversations with others and any personal information you share with us does not leave your device.
