I love that it has a lot of variety that Amazon doesn't have .however they charge for custome and shipping insanely. I was reviewing my bag before ordering and accidentally noticed an item on it was out of stock ,so I reviewed all the items in my bag separately and all of them was out of stock. the app didn't show this and was ready for the checkout and payment!.not sure if I can trust to purchase from them ,especially that most of their products are out of stock .strange

Worse experience ever. I ordered a keyboard. That I have to wait for a long time more than they have described. But the worst part was when I tested it and it was a defective product received and when I requested a refund or replacement. They asked me to show them a video .which indeed I don't have because I have not recorded the issue at that time. NIGHTMARE !!! For the first time used Ubuy to buy a legit product (Plastic filter adapter for slim cigarettes). It became a nightmare. Cost of item purchased was about INR 1000/-. Super Express delivery charges was 3 times the product cost to be delivered in 3-6 days. Total price now became about INR 3900/-. It's now abt 15 days, still no delivery. Ubuys delivery partner DHL keeps calling and mailing you and is just harrasment. Now they want anothe INR 3800/- for some custom clearance. PATHETIC
