It doesn't show the prices incl.uding VAT, which makes it so confusing when recharging the balance. It doesn't show the consumption on the home screen by default, I have to swipe to see the consumption. The highest amount to recharge is 200, and I have to pay 210 per month, so I have to recharge twice to pay the bill! It doesn't save the credit card information, so I have to re-enter the information twice every time I want to pay the bill.

After the latest update, the app stopped working and displayed error messages such as: 1) No Internet connection 2) Application error code 502 Sometimes, the start page displays the WE logo and nothing else. I am very disappointed with such appaling service. I have never seen an update with so many errors, and no one who has any understanding to talk to for support. This is by far the worst app I've ever used. I am seriously considering moving to Vodafone or Etisalat.... 1,966 people found this

Using this application is matter of wasting time, and it's one of the worst application I used in my entire life. I couldn't retrieve my fixed line bill! Just asks me about the amount to pay! I don't know how much to pay and can't check my bill. I have 3 fixed lines and couldn't add more than one number to my account. Also, have they changed the payments dates? As after paying Jan invoice, the next one should be in April, but the application tells me the renewal in next Feb!
