Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. The “Add a Card” button doesn’t work at all, so I had to charge the wallet instead. After that, no couriers accepted my orders. I tried over 10 times from different restaurants and addresses. Customer service couldn’t help and refused to refund my money. Total waste of time and money

I have bad experience with this App and I will delete it. I order food and was showen that he arrived and when I called him he said I went to wrong location and I will come after few minutes. He was at another location and there and I wait for 30 minutes and when I contacted customer service, he arrived but the food wasn't warm, it was cold and customer service said they will take action and close the issue.

we try to contact many person's and support team to update the new menu on the marsool portal believe me no one even want to respond it's almost know one week finished no one contact and reply to our message, then sent to email still no one replied to us we already start new menu in the restaurant and the marsool portal have still showing old menu. which kind of service they are providing to the guest and partners. very very disappointing. hope some one will contact
