terrible service and navigation be careful, if they don't have an available driver they don't refund and give you credit. it takes forever to know how to contact. I will uninstall and never use again as soon as I get my refund back Update: even when they promised a refund, they closed the ticket and never replied to my emails. I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card company

Don't install and don't use...first they overcharge you for every Item.in the menu,Then there is NO Customer Service, No help... Deducted the money and then driver says the restaurant is closed but my money wasn't transferred back.... greedy and unethical company with Zero customer Service ... license should be cancelled..

very confusing user interface. you make a request and no one accepts, you change plans and 30 minutes later you receive a call without any prior notification from a courier telling you I'm in the location what's your order!! Moreover my order was paid. But the receipt issued by the courier has order value of 10 SAR!! The only thing done right was that my order was delivered, anything else is a total mess.
