It is a great app, for the most part. My main complaint is I continually get a notification that the app keeps crashing if I let it run in the background. There are occasions, though rare and becoming rarer, when I log in, only for the app to crash before I see my main dashboard, or if it makes it to the dashboard, it crashes when I select an account.

This app rarely works for me. But when it does, it constantly runs in the background and I have to force stop the app. It also tells me regularly I am accessing my online banking, and I call the number and they never see any activity. And now the app won't even load so I haven't been able to see anything. I wish UCB had a more user friendly app that worked.

We began using this bank when we moved to town, the app almost as long. We kept this bank for our financial needs when we moved from the area because we have had no problems ~ only good experiences with UCB Mobile app and MB&T. They have helped us in the most difficult circumstances of our lives, which were out of our control. They waived fees, and tried to do anything they could do to be of help & service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good hometown bank...truly!
