At the core of uCollabit the Creative DNA is a built-in resume builder that captures your accomplishments, showcases your portfolio, and allows you to share your progress with collaborators and potential hiring teams.

Instead of a standard “like” button, uCollabit uses five interactive icons such as volunteer, feedback, networking, money, and ideas to measure user engagement and contribution. Through these five interactions, users form a social currency, which is tracked and displayed on their profile. The resulting data provides valuable insights into user behavior, helping to build meaningful personas and give employers a deeper understanding of collaborators, candidates, companies, and organizations.
