The app is amazing, the background playback feature plus the download feature are really awesome, that's why I'm giving it a high rating. My only grievance is that the shortcuts to fast forward and rewind have 15seconds, which is way too much for me, they should add a setting to allow changing these shortcuts to either 10seconds or 5seconds, this would really be helpful, but as it stands, I waste too much of my time when I use the rewind shortcut. Thank you.

I like the app and the fact you can cast from your phone to the TV using chrome cast. However it is let down by lectures restarting on a regular basis. There's also an issue where the app just hangs in-between lectures, and you have to go back into the app on your phone and select a previous lecture (or future one) and then select the lecture it should be showing.

Apart from the amazing courses and instructors, I find the app very uneasy and frustrating to use. First of all, not being able to access downloaded courses, is a problem, at the slightest connection dip, the download stops . A lot of glitches on the app, lectures not arranged serially as it is on the site, updates on courses by instructors not been seen on the app, only on the website and even the website can't play videos without glitches. This is so sad and frustrating to users.
