Hi, I really loved my Smart Streamer remote when it was working! I had no issue with setup until I bought another one for my other TV. Tried to connect it with "add remote" button and now it is stuck saying "try again later" everytime I connect my new remote. Had to restart, uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Not to mention my other remote is gone without a trace from the app. UPDATE: Support answered promptly and resolved the issue in 1 day! Love my remotes! Thank you!

URC7966... I had to force close the app and cleared cache and data twice before it would recognize my TV. Then I tried to set up my Nvidia shield and performance is sluggish and basic functions like back don't work. Tried changing it to the Android TV setup, still no luck. No way to force volume from TV when in streaming box mode, and no way to force other keys to do other things.

The app does not work. I have tried multiple times to add my Sony TV and all I get is an error message asking me to try again later. Really??? EDIT: I don't like giving up, so at your suggestion I tried again tonight. A firmware update appeared on my phone and I did that. Then everything connected, albeit very slowly. I am now happy, I had high hopes for this remote and I hope it works for a very long time. Thank you all for your follow-up too!
