This app does not fully support AV recievers. It can program a compatible remote to pass volume control to them but not input or other settings. It failed to program ita remote for an Apple TV box and the only options were "It Works!" and "I Know My Code." Changing apps to look up a code list for OFA remotes caused the app to disconnect from the remote and lose all updates so far. It did not accept 4-digit OFA codes. Using it feels like waiting on hold with robot tech support.

Have infinite patience? Okay w/ power button turning your TV off & not back on? If not, return the remote & don't use this app. It is set up like a chat bot responding to you & will take 50+ tries & hours of your time to properly configure the remote to your TV. After going through all that to get it set up, it doesn't work properly. Power button turns TV off but uses a different button to turn it back on. * button option on Roku doesn't work. Worst smart device UI I've encountered... 0/5 ⭐

Has Bluetooth which is nice. Took me about 2 days (12 hours) to get tv, receiver, cable box, and Google tv device configured. Not the easiest but it is as close to a harmony remote as I have seen. The activities can only change the HDMI port on the TV and not the receiver so you need all devices plugged into the TV. This is the biggest limitation. Please fix.

What’s new

In this update, we've improved onboarding and Wi-Fi setup for a smoother experience. Time zone settings are now more accurate for supported products. The app also better recognizes your TIDE device automatically during setup. We've made overall performance improvements and fixed some bugs. The support feature has also been enhanced to make help easier to access.
