Ratings and reviews

This app is not good because it requires frequent updates and doesn’t work without an internet connection. Most other apps function smoothly offline, but this one doesn’t. For example, if I run out of internet, how am I supposed to activate a new package? Additionally, the developers insist on updates at least once a week, which is frustrating. The updates on the Ufone app feel like a joke, changing a logo or minor visuals instead of providing real improvements.

The UPTCL app needs significant improvement. I have tried multiple times to update my contact number and email address, but the feature is not working. Additionally, there is no proper helpline number available to report this issue. The lack of efficient customer support makes it frustrating for users who need assistance. Please address these technical issues and provide a reliable support system for better user experience.

This application has become completely useless nowadays. After the update too, it's become even more useless. I'm not the only one saying this, many people are facing the same issue. So, please developers, fix your application. Resolve the slow loading and processing issues. It takes 2 hours to open and see something on it. I've explained it in detail, please don't ask now for extra information."
