Ratings and reviews

Delivery is often delayed, and Location selection is not reliable, the tracking system is inaccurate or doesn’t update properly. There are no clear updates on order status, which makes it frustrating to track deliveries and customer service is slow and unresponsive. The app also keeps highlighting random gift cards instead of useful features. Overall, it needs major improvement in logistics, communication, and user experience.

Service is good but the application needs a lot of work, like : - App automatically closes as soon as I click on "edit your profile" in settings. - If you are on the "check-out" page and try to go back to the home screen, you don't have an option to do so. You are rather stuck in a never ending loop of going back and forth by clicking the back button. - One more thing is, if you want to edit your order that is already in your kart, you can't do that, it will always add a new one instead.

App needs work, order history wont tell me expected delivery or let me see the product I ordered again. I'll have to manually put order number in track order, and that also doesn't remember my history. Each time I check I have to manually put my order now. order history keeps saying my order is unfulfilled instead of showing date of delivery or any other status.
