Started as a good company delivering quality. But over the last year, the experience has been gradually better. The latest being a plant almost dying within a week of purchase. We got worried and attempted repotting. Then found out that the plant was still tucked in a tiny pot (probably used at sapling state) and potted into another potential just like that! No wonder it almost died !!

I placed an order for a plant and garden bonsai set on May 11, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The delivery status keeps getting updated as “customer not available,” which is completely false — I never received any call from the delivery person, only a message saying delivery was missed. I have already paid the full amount, and there is still no proper tracking or update on my order. I contacted customer support twice, and each time they just said they would “escalate” the issue, but nowork

Delivery is often delayed, and Location selection is not reliable, the tracking system is inaccurate or doesn’t update properly. There are no clear updates on order status, which makes it frustrating to track deliveries and customer service is slow and unresponsive. The app also keeps highlighting random gift cards instead of useful features. Overall, it needs major improvement in logistics, communication, and user experience.
