the app will not actually open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing. it's charged me monthly and I can't even get into it

If you can let people free trial for 5 videos without paying and without need of any form of payment, i will consider giving a 5-stsr rating. For now, you didn't even give a free trial, how do we know your app really performs and what kind of app quality? You wanted a subscription before giving people a trial, that is no good. People don't even know any of your quality, how can we give any rating and how can we just paid for a trial.

This app won't actually open. I've tried multiple different things and it still won't open. I guess you don't want people to use your app🤔🙄
