Can't log in much of the time. It's not user-friendly the way I would expect my health insurance app should be. Going to the website on your PC isn't any better.

if I could give it 0 stars I would. worst app I've ever used. logs me out every time I try to search a care provider, switches in and out of the app constantly, doesn't load literally anything even though my Internet and data is working perfectly fine. completely useless just like the entire American healthcare system

Might get a better rating if the app actually worked. When I sign in I get an error message blaming my internet connection and it kicks me out. Spoiler alert: my internet connection isn't the problem. Edit: six MONTHS later and still can't do an with my online account. At what point am I entitled to a partial refund of the money I've spent for services I can't use? This is ridiculous.
