MyUmbra Acque is the App that allows you to manage your domestic water utilities in complete autonomy and in total safety.
What services can you find on MyUmbra Acque:
- Self-reading: periodically send us the meter reading to have a bill calculated on your actual consumption;
- Web bill: to receive the bill directly in your e-mail box the day it is issued. With the Bolletta Web service you no longer receive your paper bill and make an ecological choice;
- Bank / post office address: activate the debit of bills on your current account and you no longer have to think about deadlines;
- Invoices and payments: you can consult all your bills, download them and pay them directly via the app with your credit card, in complete safety;

È inefficace per inviare la lettura della contatore. C'è una spiegazione però non c'è nussun posto nell'app.

Con la scusa della pandemia, anche umbracque ha scelto la linea dell'anarchia e del non rispetto della Clientela! Sono più di 6 mesi che attendo invano il rimborso di 40,86 euro! Sono già 3 le telefonate che ho fatto (la prima dopo circa 3 mesi di attesa), ed ogni volta la stessa risposta: c'è il coronavirus, è in programma per il prossimo mese, siamo intasati. La verità è che offrite un servizio vergognoso! App decente, spesso in manutenzione.
