WASTE APP, I don't have any particular problem with the idea of the App but there are just so many courses for the very same subject that it is highly difficult to find a good one in an efficient manner. I expected the App to be considerate of my time but it does not seem so. The App should ideally have only a handful of courses (for each particular subject) to cater to the needs of students. Providing "unlimited" option does NOT make it good. NB: Please don't ask to email you.

The home ui is very cluttered. I'm bombarded with courses and option. Very confusing and chaotic. I should be able to open and navigate to my course and start effortlessly. Need serious UI improvements. Classes in courses should be better managed. Difficult to find a particular class with particular topic. Double tap to forward 10 second in video would be really helpful.

There are technical glitches, spelling mistakes, wrong headings in the contents. Some topics are even missing from the playlist. The notes are surely not reviewed by professional experts as there are lots of mistakes. Help & support system is not functional. Not at all smooth reading. Frustrating for an aspirant to discover such huge amount of discrepancies at every step. I can say all the above with firm responsibility as I'm an iconic subscriber of this platform.
