On Unacademy, they keep calling you every day until you take a subscription. But as soon as you subscribe, if you face any problem with the class—like the class not running or being archived—they don’t attend the calls. You remain frustrated. I took a subscription for my optional, but the classes didn’t run. My money for the optional subscription was completely wasted. Unacademy seems to be just a way for them to make money.​"They always have this one line, 'chat with us,' which is useless."

Don't even want to give a star to this platform. Pathetic customer service. You try to check the platform and you are spammed with calls and it doesn't matter if you pick and talk to them sharing that you may not be interested you are still spammed. I have purchased a course and yet I get their calls. The courses are fine but the unwanted calls are a big big put off. Try not picking up their call their agents call you 5 to 6 times until you are harassed into picking up their call.

Unacademy has the worst support team I’ve ever experienced. I have been facing an issue for the last two weeks where the practice test solutions are not showing at all. I have called customer support more than 10 times, and every time they only say, ‘We are talking to the management,’ but after that there is no callback, no update, and no solution.This has been the most frustrating experience, and I seriously regret choosing this app.
