The previous version was so much better!! Please consider bringing that back. Logging meals instead of fast start & break times is much easier. And adding balance to a meal log is easier than a whole new balance transaction. If you made a mistake, and realize it a few days later, the app will no longer allow you to edit previous entries. Simpler version is the better version!!

Thanks for sharing this. We’ve released an update with improvements based on recent feedback. You can now log first and last meals again to start and finish your fast. Easy to navigate, use, and keep track of very simple/everyday things that we all should be aware of with our own body. This Program and app is the simplest form to gain simple habits for long term goals without overwhelming the process. After 2 weeks, I'm noticing I'm starting to research what to eat when I break my fast and why. Weight loss is minimal, for me currently, but I am giving an honest 90 days before I make up my mind.

the product might be good, but the app is glitchy. Loss It! is a much better fasting app. but I am still excited to try Unimate. Developers, I recommend checking out Lose it! that app has a lot of helpful features that this one would benefit from, like logging meals and supplements for future consumption, so all you have to do is chick it once you have eaten. when I try to do something similar on your its glitches all the previous meal times I logged for the day.
