The IBD Digest is designed with a clean, simple interface that lets users jump right into understanding how their dietary choices impact gut inflammation. From the moment you open the app, the home screen delivers bite-sized, helpful content like gut-friendly wellness tips, anti-inflammatory food spotlights (think turmeric, ginger, and more), and our rotating Recipe of the Month to inspire delicious, IBD-safe meals.

The Science tab breaks down complex nutrition research into easy-to-digest insights. You’ll find clinical evidence and scientific explanations of how different foods can help soothe or aggravate IBD symptoms, all backed by research, not trends.

The Recipes section gives you full access to a growing digital cookbook packed with nutritious, anti-inflammatory meals tailored for IBD. Every recipe is curated with ingredients that are gentle on the gut but still full of flavor, so you never have to choose between eating healthy and enjoying your food.

To help you track how your health is evolving, The IBD Digest includes the Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (SIBDQ). This clinically validated tool measures quality of life for people with IBD. By answering just a few quick questions, you can track your progress over time and see how your choices (and the app’s guidance) are making a real difference. Scores range from 10 to 70, giving you a simple way to measure your day-to-day well-being.
