The UHM Mortgage app is designed exclusively for existing customers to conveniently manage their accounts and mortgages on the go!

Features:
• My Loan: Monitor your loan balance, upcoming payments dates, loan activity and more. Schedule one-time payments, set up or modify recurring monthly debits and auto-pay effortlessly!
• My Home: Provides details about your estimated property value and potential equity, if available in your area. Also includes two calculators for potential interest savings and earlier payoff by paying more monthly or paying a lump sum. A third calculator allows you to calculate how to pay off by a specific month/year*.
• My Neighborhood: Provides neighborhood activity including comparable sales and recent census data.

* This does not constitute a commitment to lend. Any data used for the origination of a new loan with UHM must be validated per guidelines.

Ratings and reviews

The new app is great because it has so much data easily accessible. It would be 5 stars but some of the fields show $0 like the total interest and principal I paid last year. Update: it's buggy-er than I thought originally. I'm lowering my review to 2 stars. I have multiple loans and some of the fields show data for the wrong loan selected. One page shows data for multiple loans but this page is meant to show data for the one loan selected. Many basic things aren't updating like icon colors.

Horrible app, it allows you to create. But once that is done, you'll never be able to login. Try to reset password/username is a joke, you'll end up calling to have the account unlocked and once that is done and you set everything, you'll never be able to use after doing all of this. There are too many issues, and they should have worked these out before forcing their customers to switch. They hould have left the website alone and allowed their existing customers to access account information.

I was only able to use the app once, the login experience is trash. Tells you your UN and PW are incorrect and does not let you reset them, because the email that was supposedly sent never sends and then when it tells you to call, there is no actual phone number listed, it just lists the word phone number as the phone number. I do software quality assurance for a living and can tell this app has had very little or no QA testing at all.
