This is a major update that rebrands the app from "Unit42" to "Apartment Chats" and introduces building-focused community features. The bundle ID (com.unit42) is unchanged - this is the same app with a new name and significant feature additions.

1. App renamed from "Unit42" to "Apartment Chats"
2. New building review system (rate maintenance, noise, safety, etc.)
3. New Q&A feature (ask/answer questions about buildings)
4. Redesigned navigation (building-first experience)
5. New onboarding flow focused on finding your apartment building

WHAT THIS APP IS:
- An anonymous community platform for apartment residents
- Users are verified by location to join their building's community
- Content includes posts, reviews, Q&A, and discussions
- All user-generated content is moderated by AI in real-time

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT:
- Not a dating app
- Not a real estate listing service
- Not a property management tool

CONTENT MODERATION:
All posts and comments are screened in real-time using AI moderation (OpenAI) before appearing on the platform. Users can also report content, which is reviewed by our team.

The app requires location access once during signup to find the user's apartment building. Location is not continuously tracked.
