some of the worst UX and UI design I have ever experienced. they have "groups" for exercises, but this makes no sense for exercises which have left and right reps. when you set the pull mode, it doesn't update. you can't batch update multiple sets in groups - set all to 14kg for example. in session, you can't adjust the weight mid set, the sets count 0 as it's own rep, adding an extra rep each set. utterly terrible design all through the app. I don't think they actually used this before release.

It collects too much personal data, including location. And when I use a firewall to block its internet access (to stop it transmitting that data to the company) the app becomes unusable. I strongly advise against installing this or buying the product. Update: The latest version now goes a significant step further to punish you for not giving it internet access. It now places a message "cannot access network" over the buttons at the bottom of the app, blocking their use. Atrocious.

App ruined: they seem to be pushing the Pump Max. I have a Pump Pro and no longer have the ability to manually change the weight in a free training session. Basically renders the device useless.
