Ratings and reviews

The only good thing it seems to have is the chat feature. I can reschedule appointments easier and pass messages MUCH more efficiently. As far as anything else I don't see where any of it matters, I use the pain scale and the new pain assessment forms they send thru the app but my care team doesn't even acknowledge they look at them. I don't even see my care team that's listed on the app anymore 🤔 and there's no place I can put in my blood pressure and the step counter hardly ever synces right

notifications are enabled but doesn't ever notify when there's a new message which makes communication with my provider difficult

it's honestly quite confusing and not user friendly. I believe there should be notification settings to remind you to do your daily exercises and a clear and obvious place to mark they were done. also wish we could see out pain scale history. in like a line graph format to help me track my good and bad days.
